Yoga flow enhances shakti, the creative energy of the universe and we incorporate that powerful energy into our classes as each student develops their own creative practice!

Kundalini classes are a meditative practice held in a tradition that creates incredible experiences of transformation. Kundalini yoga is called the yoga of awareness because it works directly on the bodies' endocrine and nervous systems and creates an immediate sense of well being in the moment. Kundalini rising describes the process of distributing energy throughout the body and increasing the electromagnetic field around the body. It involves doing meditations and kriyas (specific exercises, moving in and out of postures with breath). Classes also include mantra(singing or chanting sounds that can help stimulate the pituitary, pineal and hypothalamus glands). Classes end with Tibetan Singing Bowls.
