Private Yoga Sessions
Are you brand new to yoga? Or do you just need a way to further your practice and be recharged and reinspired? If you are looking for personalized one on one instruction, I can help!
Please see the styles of yoga offered below and and what each kind focuses on as well as a list of optional specific focuses that can be added into any session with prior notice. We will work together to create a customized session or series that serves your intention and goals for your practice and your lifestyle.
Private Yoga Sessions & Appointments are available in the Bay Area at your home Mondays thru Thursday from 9 am to 9 pm and and on Saturdays from 9 am to 3 pm. Please read options above, choose which style of yoga you would like to practice, and choose 1-2 additional specific focuses (optional) you would like to include. Schedule your session below or Contact me with your name, email, telephone number and I will be in touch within 1-2 days to set up your first appointment and payment. $50 Deposit required for sessions.

Private Session Pricing
90 min. sessions -
Single ~ $90
4 session series ~ $300 ($75/session)
8 session series ~ $520 ($65/session)
60 min. sessions -
Single ~ $75
4 session series ~ $240 ($60/session)
8 session series ~ $400 ($50/session)
Sessions can be held in your home in Oakland, Berkley, or San Francisco. Travel fees for more than a 30 minute commute are an additional $20/half hour.
